Our school is guided by a team of deeply experienced Christian educators who lead with integrity, vision, and heart. Together, they ensure that every classroom, from 6 weeks through middle school, reflects our mission: nurturing the whole child—academically, creatively, emotionally, and spiritually.
Cindy Capaci
Head of Schools & Academy Director
With over 35 years in Christian education, Mrs. Capaci brings a lifetime of leadership, vision, and faith to Growing Minds. Her journey spans eleven schools in seven states, where she has served as a classroom teacher, fine arts director, curriculum director, and administrator.
As Head of Schools, Mrs. Capaci leads our campus with a clear mission: to cultivate a school environment where faith, creativity, and academic excellence come alive in every child. Her passion is to equip students with the confidence and wisdom to make purposeful, God-honoring choices throughout life.

Debbie Kaye
Preschool Director
Mrs. Kaye brings more than 26 years of experience in early childhood education and ministry, including over a decade as a Preschool Director in Las Vegas and several years as a Head of School for a K–8 academy.
Her leadership is rooted in relationships, trust, and servant-hearted care. With a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a deep background in child development, Mrs. Kaye partners with families to create a nurturing, Christ-centered foundation during the most formative years of life.
